The Brasserie food style is European with a comfort food influence. Expect some French classics such as fillet au poivre, caesar salad and an all-time favourite, crème brûlée, some Italian specials such as hand cut carpaccio, homemade spaghetti carbonara & salt ‘n pepper squid. Bella Laity leads the kitchen team with great enthusiasm and finesse. Bella fell in love with food at an early age and has worked her way up through various Cape Town kitchens. She continues with the Brasseries’ ethos of using seasonal produce and supporting local producers wherever possible.
